Peter Bečár

Peter is a Slovak who has been living in Prague for more than ten years. He has over 20 years of professional experience in various executive roles in real estate, IT, and investments. In his early career, building on his software development skills and studies, Peter founded Comsultia, an IT and web applications development company serving clients in Slovakia, Austria, the UK, and the USA. At P3 Logistic Parks, the leading pan-European industrial facilities owner and developer, he led operations in Slovakia, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Romania for more than ten years in various roles. He worked closely with local and international manufacturing, e-commerce, and logistics companies setting up and expanding their supply chains and manufacturing facilities across Central and Eastern Europe. Recently, Peter joined Crowdberry, a professional investment platform, as a partner focusing on real estate and SME equity investments. Peter is a co-investor and board member for multiple companies and serves as a senior advisor to TPG Real Estate Partners. He also became a mentor at StartupYard, the longest-operating seed accelerator for technology startups in Central Europe.

Radka Konečná

Radka Konečná is the founding and main partner of Konečná & Zacha, Law Firm which over the years has built its presence in the CEE Region, covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia. Radka is registered attorney of the Czech Bar Association, Slovak Bar Association and foreign attorney in Bulgaria and Romania. She is a member of ARTN (The Association for Real Estate Market Development) and active arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. Radka represents a number of multinational corporations and foreign investment funds in their investments mainly in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, particularly in the field of real estate and growth capital. Her expertise also includes investments into various industrial sectors, including heavy industry, technology and e-commerce, energy and FMCG.
